Notes: Run felt great, really wanted to do four but the track started to get crowded upstairs. Going to start doing a little extra work on my ITB bands with dirty dogs, cable machine, and rubber bands. Probably going shoot for once a week after a workout. According to BUD/s reports it seems those are one of the first to go out if they arent built up properly.
