Rest Day

(On this day in 1982, The Vietnam Veterans Memorial was dedicated in Washington, D.C. With the addition of six names added in 2010 the total is now 58,267 names listed on the Memorial.)

Notes: Lower back pretty sore, all else is great. I think about 10 chocolate chip cookies would classify this as  a cheat day.
