Bodyweight Conditioning

100 Pushups
100 4-Count flutter kicks

4 rounds of:
10 Pullups
10 Toes to bar
10 L-Dips

3x20 Calf raises

Notes: Very busy with homework today, had to do a quick home workout. Right shoulder a little sore during pushups, other than that all is good.
